1. Let’s scope it out
We work out the services required for your property or portfolio, which may include

- Preventative maintenance (including checking and servicing boilers, water heaters)

2. Maintenance Schedule
We work out how often you want us to visit for different tasks or services (monthly or quarterly checks, bi-annual or annual servicing...), so you can be sure the fabric of your building is taken care of.

We agree a cost structure based on the services and frequency you need, with options of a one-time annual fee, quarterly or bi-annual invoicing, or spread out monthly.

4. Compliance and Regulations
All our work is carried out under required legislative requirements for water and gas installation and maintenance. Any work we carry out on your plumbing and heating systems meet all relevant building codes and regulations.

5. Reporting and Documentation
We provide detailed reports after each maintenance visit, including the condition of systems, work performed, and any recommended repairs or replacements. Any certification following an audit or energy assessment is also provided directly to you.

6. Warranty and Guarantees
All our commercial work is delivered under the same warranties and guarantees we provide our residential customers - for the work performed, replacement parts, or new equipment installed during the contract period.

a. Emergency call-puts and repairs Bolt-on
We offer an optional bolt-on to all our agreements to cover emergency call-outs and repairs, as no one likes unhappy staff or tenants!b. Priority Pass
We always aim to get to our emergency call-outs as quickly as possible. The quicker an issue is dealt with the less damage is done. However, we know that some businesses need us to arrive that bit quicker, so we offer an optional bolt-on to our commercial agreements, for Priority call-outs.
